Solar & energy

Lower bills and lower carbon, planned in the right order.

Do heat pumps work in Eastern Ontario winters?

Yes, if the system is designed for cold-climate performance and sized for your home’s real heat loss, not brochure numbers. The common failure is not that heat pumps do not work. It is poor sizing, ignored duct limits, or a bad backup heat plan. We show you the trade-offs, hybrid versus all-electric, what upgrades are actually required, and what is optional.

Net-zero ready, without the hype

If you want to move toward lower bills and lower carbon, the order matters: envelope, airflow, electrical capacity, then equipment. We help you build a plan that makes sense even if incentives change, and we will tell you when net-zero is a bad fit for your home right now.

Reviews

Trusted across Eastern Ontario.

In their own words, from homes and businesses across the region.

Early this year Dennis helped us select a Daikin Air Sourced Heat Pump for our home on Sharbot Lake. His sizing and recommendations were spot on. From sizing through installation the experience was excellent. The A/C was really top notch during the summer, many guests called it a game changer. There was a noticeable difference in our electricity bill vs our old window A/C solution. Denoco Energy did a great job in helping with government rebates. The comfort level payback is immediate.

I went with another company first, bad mistake. The minute I called Denoco they were fast to respond. Even though the fix could not be done right away, they drove out, took a look, and said they would be back as soon as they had the right parts. Unlike other companies, they did not leave us stranded with no heat in the middle of winter. They left us not one but three of their own heaters to make sure we were not left to freeze. They fixed the problem first time around. And they do not charge an arm and a leg to help you out.

We have used Denoco on two occasions now. They installed a new air conditioner about 5 years ago and most recently installed a new furnace after our 20+ year old furnace kicked the bucket. Super professional, kept the space clean, and the office staff (Julie) was very kind and easy to talk to. We highly recommend Denoco!

Great and fast service, professional and courteous staff. Brian and Valan have gone above my expectations of what a business should represent. Excellent communication and fixed right the first time without any issues. Would highly recommend Denoco to anyone.
